Annual Support Access Fee
ICommander Corporation has a minimal annual support access fee which provides for periodic updates and access to ICommander staff for support. It does not pay for any actual support time, except for time to correct defects in the software for release in a subsequent periodic update. The amount of the annual support access fee depends on the number of systems licensed and the number of licensed users. This annual charge is explained in the General Terms and Conditions applicable to use of the software.
ICommander and Accounting Support
The same ICommander staff which provides implementation services is available to provide ongoing phone and onsite support relating to both use of ICommander and accounting issues. The ongoing support is generally billed at standard hourly rates for the staff involved.
Annual Flat Fee Option
If an annual flat fee covering time for phone support for questions and other assistance is preferable either for budgeting or to not discourage staff from contacting us for support when needed, this would be based on twenty percent of the current software license costs of the systems you are using.

If a flat annual fee is elected, time actually incurred will be accumulated in comparison. If actual time charges exceed 120 percent of the flat amount, additional time will be billed at standard hourly rates. If actual time for a contract year is less than the contract amount, fifty percent of the difference will be carried forward to the ensuing year.

Additional Training
One on one training after implementation is billed at standard hourly rates for the staff involved. ICommander also provides periodic user group meetings for training on specific topics and for users to share ideas and learn about new features.
