Pre-Process Import for Foreign Error Log Menu

1 Pre-Process Import Trx for Foreign Error Logs
This process may be used for a Foreign System which rejects transactions with
any type of invalid information. No actual import of transactions occurs.
Error Logs from the pre-processing routine will be created reporting any new
accounts, vendors, customers, employees, etc. Maintenance to the Foreign
System may then be done as needed to eliminate all such conditions by the time
the actual import is later processed.

Process Import of Remote Site Transaction Files--All Application Systems

1 Import Each System for All Applicable Sites
2 Display Current Import Log File--Site-ID Order
3 Display Current Import Log File--System Order
This process will initiate import processing for each applicable system in
the same order as presented on the Individual Application Import Menu Screen.
You will be notified of any Active Site for an application for which no import
files are found (except for A/P and A/R accruals from POICC and GBICC which
are expected generally only once per month).
All import processing is recorded in the Current Import Log for review upon
completion. Additionally, as each application is processed, a Message/Error
File is created in the current working directory for each application. These
files all start with RSI followed by the System-ID (such as APICC) and all
have the extension .ERR as any errors or new Vendors/Customers/Employees and
any new G/L Accounts are logged here also. A/P would be RSIAPICC.ERR
