| by one using the F1-Key to search for Terminated Employees. | |
| The Global Transfer is available for efficiency when Transfers of Terminated | |
| Employees to the Terminated File has not been routinely done but it is now | |
| desired to transfer ALL the terminated employees out of the Current File to | |
| the Terminated File. Once this is done, future transfers should use the | |
| Employee File Maintenance Menu Choice to avoid getting all other users off | |
| and to enable review of Termination Information before transferring. |
