| This optional function locates charges for work started before a specified | |
| Period-End Date in order to Accrue such Revenues as Un-Billed A/R. Both WIP | |
| Sales Orders and Posted Invoice History are searched for Revenues Earned but | |
| NOT Invoiced to Customers by the end of the period in which the work was done. | |
| If substantially all charges are entered daily, the accrual may be done just | |
| prior to processing the A/R Period-End Update. If not, it may be processed | |
| anytime in the next period when most charges for the prior month have been | |
| entered. The JE created is flagged for automatic reversal in G/L. An Accrual | |
| may be re-created for a Prior Period-End when needed. |
